Start with the 7 iron at 150 yards and add or subtract 10 yards for each club in the appropriate direction.
Of course, normal is different for everyone. I’m older and have a slow swing so my ‘normal’ 7 iron goes 135 yards. Use the club you need for the distance, don’t get uptight about how far you ‘should’ hit a club, work with what you have.
What he said and avg your 3 wood for 200-215 5 wood 190-200 and hybrid 180-200..helps with lower irons..driver is completely different bit I think avg is 260 most of us prob hit 260+ (I hit 285-300)..but straight is a different matter
different for everyone
Id depends on how hard and how square you hit it.
It’s different for everyone!

The distance depends on your swing. There is procedure to test the “gapping” of your clubs to make sure that the carry of the ball not distance is about 10 yards between clubs. The carry is more important then the distance to test that your clubs are set right.
