What muscles do you use when you swing a golf club?

I’d appreciate it if you could just list them.

Does it hurt your hands when you swing a golf club iron in cold weather?

Is it only me or does anyone else have a problem with this. It seems that when striking the ball with an iron, it stings my hands so much it causes real pain/numbness! I was thinking of wearing 2 gloves but I may just be using a tighter grip than I should. Any thoughts?

An infomercial golf practice swing club?

I have a faimily member that wants this practices golf club that when you swing if it is not straight or a perfect it collapses and doesnt stay straight. he says he has seen it in a infomercial only once.

Why do I have right wrist pain when I swing a golf club or bend it a certain way?

I have a sharp pain in my right wrist but it only happens when I twist or roll my wrist/hand a certain way. I get the pain at the start of the second half of my golf swing where you roll your wrists. It is usually a sharp pain when I hit the ball as well. The pain is on the back of my wrist and when i bend my wrist forward i can see a little bit of inflammation. What could it be?
